Terms of Service



  • Gangster Death is not a pay site, but you will need a Paypal account or a Credit card in order to get addons which can enhance your game experience.
  • Gangster Death will not sell, share, or give away any personal information collected during the playing or registering for the game.
  • Gangster Death reserves the right to deny access to any person without a valid reason, and/or ban or remove any account for violating any rules of the game.
  • Gangster Death is not responsible for any inappropriate actions made by players while using the game, or any actions outside of the game.
  • Gangster Death owns all accounts and can modify them in any way without prior notice, however, you are soley responsible for keeping your login information private and not allowing anyone else to use your account.
  • Gangster Death has no obligations towards any player.
  • Gangster Death also has the right to make decisions on situations as they arise and to change the rules without prior notification to players.
  • Players of Gangster Death have no special rights and can't claim rights.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you are banned or just quit the game you will not be refunded any unused portion of your donations.
  • Gangster Death may not be appropriate for all users and could include harsh language, violence, and partial nudity. By signing up for an account you agree that you are over the age of 15 or have a parent or guardians permission to play.
  • We respect your privacy, however, we do reserve the right to access to your in-game mail or personal notepad without prior notification to you.
  • Gangster Death does not guarantee that you will be able to access all, or parts of the game at any given time. This could be due to browser compatibility, firewall or security settings, or other problems that may arise from time to time.
  • Gangster Death reserves the right to change or modify this TOS at any time without prior notification to players. It is the responsibility of the user to be aware of and in compliance with the Terms of Service at all times.
  • If you donate to the game for another player, it is your responsibility to collect from that player if applicable. Gangster Death will not intervene in these matters. No exceptions.
  • Any account not logged into for 30 days is considered to be abandoned and is free to do with as management deems appropriate.

Rules


  • Multiple Accounts:
    • Multiple accounts are not permitted. However, if an account for a spouse or friend is needed on the same IP you MUST first get approval from an administrator. Gangster Death can deny second accounts for any reason at the discretion of the administrators.
       
    • If a second account on the same IP is approved by the administrator, they must have a different real name and email address from the first one. We will watch these accounts closely and any activity not in the spirit of the game, and at the sole discretion of Gangster Death, could result in all accounts being suspended.
       
    • Using another account to stack up or enhance one account is not permitted. i.e. Contantly attacking your other account to gain stats.
       
    • You are only allowed to be logged in to the game once with the same account at any given time.
  • Respect:
    • Common sense prevails here. No verbal, racial, or other derogatory comments will be tolerated. Gangster Death reserves the right to ban you from the forums, mail, or any other medium for these or any other reason deemed inappropriate. The definition of "abuse" will be defined by the members of staff not the players.
       
    • Constant attacking, mugging, or other in game actions meant to deprive a player the enjoyment of the game, at Gangster Deaths discretion, is cause for your account being banned.
       
    • Be aware however, because of the type of game this is - you are going to get attacked and you are going to spend time in the hospital or jail - especailly for new players. This is not classed as being disruptive and is part of the game. It is up to you to stat up and get better weapons and armour. It's all part of the game.
  • Cheating:
    • Is not tolerated, period. Using any type of game-enhancing programs such as Macro plugins, auto-clicker programs, or reloader plugins. These give the abuser an unfair advantage over those who are playing the game as designed. Players caught or suspected of using any of the above are subject to an immediate banning at the discretion of Gangster Death. No money will be refunded to you under these circumstances.
       
    • Also, the use of bookmarks for in game functions is prohibited. The use of bookmarks for anything other than login or index page will result in an immediate ban and the deletion of your account per the sole discretion of Gangster Death Management.
       
    • The above is not an exahaustive list, and at the sole discretion of Gangster Death, any action found to disrupt the game or other players, could result in an immediate ban.
  • Bugs or Gitches:
    • As this is not an exact science, there may be the odd bug or glitch found in the game. Anyone caught exploiting any bugs to benefit themselves will have their account permanently disabled. I have no tolerance for this type of dishonesty. Report all bugs and gains from them to a GM or Admin or post them in the appropriate forum.
  • Advertising:
    • Advertising of other websites, regardless of content, will be strictly enforced and an automatic ban will be placed on your account until you speak with an Admin and the case is reviewed.
  • Real Money:
    • You are not permitted to sell points, items, cash, or any other in-game items for real money and is strictly enforced. A ban will be automatic for all players involved.
  • Images:
    • We are currently disallowing the use of the following to image uploaders, moooo and mafiacrime. If you so choose to use these uploaders on your profiles, or anywhere in the game, we will remove the images and all else that goes with the images including and not limited to any profile layouts, forum posts, or mails. This will be watched and will be strictly enforced until a more permanent means is developed.
  • If you are caught breaking any of the above rules, your account may be banned or deleted and you may not be able to register another account in the future. Being a staff member does not make you exempt from the above rules.
